A starter works before you touch it (a template doesn’t). Parts — connect, locate, schedule, reminders, leaderboard — are reusable behaviors you recombine by describing, not wiring. Like a sourdough starter: alive, take a piece, make it yours, pass it on.
Small vibes nest inside bigger ones, and there’s nothing to install — no “skills,” no “add-ons,” no store. A photo wall or a countdown is just a small vibe you drop in; GPS is just the locate part. You add either the same way: by asking.
Every vibe has one place you talk to it — the “magic words.” The same box that reshapes the vibe also directs its mind. You never pick a mode; the vibe works out whether you’re changing it or telling it to do something. That’s why the remix prompt and the “just ask it” prompt are the same thing, living inside each vibe.
